Islandwide Delivery (Cash on Delivery / Card Payment Available)
Perfume Mansion delivers to all locations within Sri Lanka. Please ensure your address and delivery details are entered correctly when placing an order. All orders are dispatched from our warehouse within 24 hours of purchase, and packages typically reach their destination within 4 to 5 working days. The standard delivery cost for islandwide orders is LKR 400, with an estimated delivery time of 2 to 3 working days. While we make every effort to deliver products on time, minor delays may occasionally occur due to circumstances beyond our control.
International Delivery
For international orders, shipments are sent via Aramex Sri Lanka. Please ensure your address is accurate. Incorrect addresses, refused deliveries, or failure to collect parcels may result in the package being returned to the sender. Customers may be responsible for the original shipping fee, return costs, and any applicable customs charges. International deliveries may experience delays due to customs clearance, inspections, or courier transportation issues. The delivery cost for international orders is USD 29, with an estimated delivery time of 7 to 14 working days.
Return Policy
At Perfume Mansion, we are committed to providing high-quality, authentic perfumes. Due to the nature of our products, we do not offer exchanges, as opened perfumes cannot be resold for hygiene, safety, and quality reasons. This ensures that every customer receives a fresh and uncontaminated product while protecting the integrity of our inventory.
If you receive a faulty or incorrect item, please contact us immediately at hello@perfumemansion.lk with your order number and a description of the issue. We inspect all orders before dispatch, but in the rare event of a mistake, we will replace the item promptly at no additional delivery cost.
For returns of unopened and unused items due to shipping damage or manufacturer faults, please notify us within 3 days of receiving your parcel. The item must be in its original condition, with packaging intact and free from any signs of use. If the return meets our quality inspection standards, we will issue a store credit equal to the value of your original purchase, which can be used toward your next order within one year. Delivery cost for the store credit will be waived. Items that fail the inspection will be returned to you, with the customer responsible for courier charges.
Please note that returns are not accepted for sale or discounted items, except in the case of defects or shipping errors. Each item is eligible for only a one-time return. This policy is designed to maintain fairness for both our customers and Perfume Mansion, while ensuring the quality and safety of all products.
